ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri was established in 2012 with engineering as a flagship program and has come a long way in its journey of delivering quality higher education. Currently, it offers 40+ advanced, practice-based, and industry-par undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of Engineering, Management, Commerce, Law, Computer Application, Journalism, Pharmacy, Sciences, and more. CGC-J is the epitome of strong international alliances as it has tie-ups with 40+ top international colleges and universities in 15 countries around the globe. The college embraces faculties who are alumni of IITs and NITs, PEC, Thapar and universities/institutes of repute thereby promoting a student-centric and research-intensive environment, and, most importantly, an education model that blends theory and hands-on exposure effectively. Apart from this, CGC-J has been placing utmost importance on building strong industry-academia alliances. Pursuant to the same, the college is running a full-fledged NCC and NSS Units. This dedicated unit performs various voluntary actions that promote the culture of social responsibility among students, as well as, contribute to the welfare of society. Chandigarh Engineering College Jhanjeri, Chandigarh School of Business, and Chandigarh Law College are the three educational establishments that are located on this campus and provide various degrees and programmes.
