The energy of college sports reached new heights as Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Jhanjeri, Mohali hosted the IKGPTU Intercollege Volleyball Tournament 2025—a thrilling two-day battle where 22 teams, including both boys and girls, from IKGPTU-affiliated colleges competed for glory. The campus buzzed with excitement as athletes displayed remarkable skill, teamwork, and determination in this electrifying sporting spectacle.

Teams from DAVIET Jalandhar, CBSA Landran, RBIM Hoshiarpur, GGI Khanna, and more delivered high-energy performances, fueling an atmosphere of fierce competition that had spectators on the edge of their seats.

The opening ceremony set the tone for an action-packed tournament, with CGC Mohali’s leadership warmly welcoming participants and dignitaries. After two days of intense matches, CSB Jhanjeri secured the winner’s title in the boys' category, followed by CEC Landran as the runner-up and CGC Jhanjeri in third place. In the girls' category, CEC Landran emerged as the champion, with CGC Jhanjeri as the runner-up and GNE Ludhiana securing third place. The tournament witnessed powerful spikes, strategic plays, and fierce rivalries, culminating in an electrifying finale that left the audience in awe.
